About the Position
Recruitment Researcher
We are looking for a Recruitment Researcher with 1+ years of experience to join our team. Remote work available.
Responsibilities
- Generating a pool of passive candidates
- Maintaining recruiting files, documentation, and communication with candidates
- Maintaining recruiting database
- Apply sourcing tools and techniques to identify and attract candidates
- Schedule interviews with managers for each open position
Requirements
- 1+ years of JResearching experience
- Intermediate English language level
- Remote work capability
Nice to Have
- Experience with CRM systems (Zoho preferable)
