We are seeking a Recruitment Researcher with 1+ years of experience to join our team. Responsibilities include researching, generating candidate pools, and maintaining recruiting databases.

Responsibilities

• Researching experience
• Generating a pool of passive candidates
• Maintaining recruiting files, documentation, and communication with candidates
• Maintaining recruiting database
• Applying sourcing tools and techniques to identify and attract candidates
• Scheduling interviews with managers for each open position

Requirements

• 1+ years of researching experience
• Intermediate English proficiency
• Remote work capability

Nice to Have

• Experience with CRM systems (Zoho preferable)
