About the Position
We are looking for a dedicated Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Kyiv, Ukraine. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment workflow, sourcing candidates, and supporting HR projects.
Responsibilities
- Taking care of the recruitment workflow for any needs within our business area
- Performing all recruitment activities in sourcing and building a database of candidates, conducting recruitment processes (interviewing, testing)
- Managing candidates from initial application to first day on-site
- Supporting HR and employer brand promotion projects
Requirements
- Solid recruiting and research experience, ideally gained while working within the IT branch
- Keeping up to date with current recruitment and HR/People Operations trends (sourcing channels, recruitment methods)
- Knowledge of the local labor market
- Advanced English skills both speaking and writing
- Exhibiting a ‘Can do’ attitude and strong interpersonal skills
- Education in the area of psychology or human resource management will be a big asset
