About the Position

Position: Recruitment Specialist

Workplace: 100% remotely

Start: ASAP

Employment Type: B2B with ITFS

Salary: 11,000-13,000 PLN/month + VAT

Recruitment Process: Short phone interview with ITFS recruiter -> Recruitment interview with the Client -> Decision.

Responsibilities

Actively support foreign markets (France or Belgium) in talent acquisition,
Act as the main contact point for business teams by gathering recruitment needs, advising on profiles, and providing regular updates,
Develop candidate acquisition strategies in collaboration with the internal sourcing team, including direct outreach, use of job boards, social media, referrals, and academic initiatives,
Ensure high-quality candidate experiences through application screening, conducting interviews, managing offers, and supporting salary negotiations,
Handle administrative aspects of onboarding and ensure a smooth integration process for new employees,
Participate in the continuous improvement of HR processes, including publishing job ads, updating ATS systems, and engaging in HR department projects,
Monitor and report on key recruitment effectiveness metrics, such as candidate funnel, conversion rates, and time-to-hire,
Support employer branding initiatives, including participation in job fairs, recruitment events, and leading activities on LinkedIn.

Professional experience at the Mid or Senior level in recruitment,
Higher education degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field,
Practical knowledge of ATS tools, with a focus on the Workday system,
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong service orientation, and high interpersonal skills,
Very good organization, independence, proactivity, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team,
Fluent knowledge of foreign languages depending on the dedicated market: for the French market, fluent knowledge of French and English is required, while for the Belgian market, fluent knowledge of English and a good knowledge of Dutch or French is desirable.
