Responsibilities

As a Recruiter for the Energy Sector, you will support the entire recruitment process for our future engineers. Your main missions include:

• Defining the profiles sought in collaboration with Business Managers
• Writing and distributing job offers
• Identifying candidates through job boards, social networks, and other recruitment methods
• Conducting initial phone screenings of candidates
• Scheduling interviews with Business Managers
• Following up on applications

In terms of external communication:

• Participate in school forums and recruitment fairs in your region
• Organize conferences and workshops with students from target schools in the region
• Contribute to occasional HR projects

You will also play an active role in the continuous improvement of recruitment practices, proposing new methodologies and ensuring the application of diversity and inclusion best practices.

Requirements

• Education: BAC+5
• Experience: Junior level (1-3 years)
• Skills:
  • Core: Recruitment
  • Secondary: Familiarity with engineering (a plus)
