We are looking for our future Recruitment IT Specialist to join our team in Montreal. You will be a key player in finding the best technology talents for our clients, while actively contributing to the evolution of our recruitment practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, interviews, reference checks, presenting offers, and supporting candidates until their integration.
• Collaborate closely with other recruiters and account managers to understand client needs and propose the best profiles.
• Write and publish attractive job offers on our site.
• Manage and enrich our ATS GalaxSII (candidate database) by ensuring rigorous and personalized follow-up.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our recruitment processes, tools, and strategies.
• Participate in IT events (fairs, meetups, forums) to develop your network and represent SII Canada.
• Provide an exceptional, human, and authentic candidate experience.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in recruiting IT profiles.
• Education in HR, Psychology, or a related field.
• A genuine passion for technology and innovation.
• A proactive, creative, and results-oriented approach.
• Excellent organizational and adaptation skills in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in sourcing tools, social networks such as LinkedIn, and Boolean searches.
• Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written.
• A team spirit, a positive attitude, and the desire to make things happen!
