Responsibilities

• Redactar textos claros, persuasivos y efectivos para distintos canales, incluyendo publicidad digital, redes sociales, sitios web y campañas de email marketing.
• Desarrollar conceptos creativos e ideas de campaña en colaboración con los equipos de diseño y estrategia.
• Adaptar el tono y estilo de comunicación a las guías de marca de cada cliente, manteniendo la originalidad y creatividad.
• Realizar investigaciones para comprender a las audiencias objetivo y desarrollar estrategias de comunicación alineadas a sus necesidades.
• Editar y revisar contenidos para garantizar calidad, precisión y alineación con los objetivos de cada proyecto.
• Mantenerse actualizado/a sobre tendencias de la industria y técnicas de escritura creativa para seguir elevando la calidad del trabajo.

Requirements

• Experiencia de al menos 3 años como redactor/a en agencias de publicidad, marketing o entornos creativos.
• Excelentes habilidades de redacción, con capacidad para crear narrativas atractivas y títulos que capten la atención.
• Creatividad y originalidad para generar ideas frescas y enfoques innovadores para distintas marcas y proyectos.
• Muy buenas habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para trabajar de manera colaborativa con equipos multidisciplinarios.
