Redactor(a) Creativo(a) Junior

VML Lima is seeking a Junior Creative Writer to join our team in Lima, Peru. Elevate the creative level in strategic campaign pieces.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and ideas based on client requirements and strategic planning.
• Create campaign strategies considering client needs for positive results.
• Develop creative campaign pieces according to client requirements.
• Lead client presentations for tactical campaigns.
• Participate in coordination meetings and production with suppliers and/or studios.
• Participate in client presentations for strategic campaigns.
• Research and stay updated with popular culture and trends.

Requirements

• Graduated in Communication, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields.
• 1 or more years of experience in creativity (360°).
• Experience generating ideas and content for various digital platforms and formats.
• Excellent writing skills.
• Creative idea boards in Portfolio.

Nice to Have

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively.
• Trend research skills.
