Reference Data Services Analyst

About the Position

Responsibilities

• Responsible for customer interaction, documentation review, and system setups
• Maintain a detailed and holistic understanding of the client onboarding processes while adhering to agreed service levels
• Lead and provide the highest level of customer service to internal customers and partners by developing partnership and continuous open communication
• Serve as an advisor and point of contact to cross-functional teams in identifying potential solutions/opportunities to reduce manual touch points and streamline processes
• Identify and execute operational, client experience, and regulatory projects associated with the Onboarding process
• Utilize well-developed working knowledge of the business and the upstream and downstream influences
• Escalate, manage, and report any breaches, quality, or risk issues in a timely and transparent manner

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in English
• Demonstrated analytical skills
• Ability to work independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
• Excellent interpersonal and team-building skills
• Well organized, efficient, and able to multitask with accuracy and attention to detail
