About the Position
ASTORM GROUP is seeking an experienced Référent Applicatif / Ingénieur de Production for a FULL_TIME position in Paris / Île-de-France, FR. This role focuses on maintaining a portfolio of applications, managing incidents, and supporting projects, evolutions, and migrations. The consultant will ensure the operational conditions of applications, handle incidents, and contribute to continuous process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Assurer le MCO des applications
- Prendre en charge les incidents, diagnostics et corrections
- Participer aux projets et assurer le relais avec les équipes techniques
- Accompagner les évolutions et les migrations d'infrastructure
- Participer aux comités de production et assurer le reporting
- Coordonner les différents interlocuteurs et assurer le suivi des actions
- Intégrer de nouvelles applications ou progiciels en production
- Réaliser les tests techniques, recettes et homologations
- Préparer les plans de tests et analyser les résultats
- Participer à l'amélioration continue des processus et outils
- Industrialiser et automatiser les tâches récurrentes
- Développer des scripts pour améliorer l'efficacité des opérations
- Contribuer aux démarches DevOps / DevSecOps et à l'optimisation des coûts
Requirements
- Un profil expérimenté en production applicative avec une bonne maîtrise des environnements Open et des compétences en DevOps.
- Profil expert (5 ans minimum)
