Your Impact

Within our Watch Assembly sector, you will thrive in a stimulating and learning-rich environment. Your curiosity and solution-oriented mindset will help harmonize craftsmanship, quality, and performance.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical reference within the assembly workshop, on the various trades you master thanks to your academic background and confirmed professional experience.
- Coordinate the availability and maintenance of watchmaking tools in the 2 assembly workshops.
- Participate in production activities (fitting and deburring).
- Provide support to the Sector Manager by accompanying the team in achieving results through a positive attitude that fosters a good working climate.
- Be a driving force for continuous improvement of the workshop, both technically and organizationally.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in assembly trades.
- Holder of a CFC diploma in Watchmaking.
Personal Traits
- Recognized for your ease in relationships, your ability to listen and communicate.
- Your ability to unite allows you to support a team of about 25 people in support of the manager.
Key Skills
- Dynamic, proactive, and solution-oriented with a focus on results, your good management of priorities allows you to resist stress.
- Recognized as an open-minded, autonomous, versatile person capable of questioning yourself.
- Comfortable with computer tools, you easily use the company's digital tools (Office Suite, Teams, Shizen).
- Fluent in French, both spoken and written.
