Responsibilities

As a Regiomanager at SWARCO Netherlands, you will be primarily responsible for the entire business operations and growth of your region.

In this important and challenging role, you will be ambitious, externally focused on your customers, keep an eye on market developments and trends, and generate new business. Internally, you will initiate strategic business plans and translate them into a tactical, operational, and financially rewarding implementation policy with a focus on growth.

You are connecting, enterprising, and possess good leadership qualities, ensuring a stimulating, challenging, and safe work environment for your team. You attach great importance to the personal professional development of your employees. You coach and motivate your employees to achieve the best results.

With your regional team, you also make a valuable contribution to the objectives of the Business Unit RPS (Regional Projects and Services) and are a valuable partner for your colleagues within RPS.

Your daily work includes, among other things:

• Leading your team of project coordinators, supervisors, service coordinators, and the warehouse manager;
• Taking proactive responsibility for the market, financial results, and employees of your region;
• Initiating improvements and optimizing processes around resource planning, work preparation, project execution, contract management, and project control;
• Drawing up annual budgets, combining commerce and operations;
• Stakeholder management with various clients (especially municipalities and provinces), suppliers, and subcontractors;
• Contributing to and participating in the strategic initiatives within the Business Unit RPS.

Your profile

• HBO work and thinking level preferably in a technical direction;
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience within a similar organization in a managerial role;
• You have experience in managing, guiding, and motivating a team of about 20 technical professionals in a project-oriented context;
• You have knowledge of RAW systems and UAV;
• You are available 32 - 40 hours per week.

In addition, you are results-oriented, eager to learn, and naturally take ownership. You work closely with the team and actively contribute to strengthening our processes and collaboration. You have a commercial mindset and a sense of customer relations. You know how to tackle problems, think in terms of opportunities, and help your team grow to a higher level.

• Salary: We offer a salary between €5260.77 to €9540.57 gross per month based on 40 hours per week, depending on your knowledge and experience;
• 25 vacation days and 13 additional days with a full-time employment. We find a good work-life balance important;
• A good pension built up with the pension fund PMT, of which about 2/3 is paid by SWARCO;
• A company car that you can also drive privately;
• Laptop and business phone;
• Performance bonus that can amount to up to 2 gross monthly salaries;
