About this Position

At Henkel, we are looking for a Regional Account Manager to join our team in Düsseldorf, Germany. In this role, you will drive profitable growth by combining technical and commercial skills to promote technical solutions to Personal Hygiene & Tissue customers.

Responsibilities

Drive profitable growth by combining technical and commercial skills to promote technical solutions to Personal Hygiene & Tissue customers.
Develop and execute strategic account and territory plans.
Build trusted customer relationships and provide value-driven technical consultation tailored to individual customer needs.
Identify and convert new business opportunities through active prospecting and networking.
Collaborate with technical and cross-functional teams to deliver tailored customer solutions.
Create and present compelling proposals that demonstrate customer value, address customer needs and objections, and secure business.
Establish relationships with allied suppliers to stay close to market trends and identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in chemical or industrial engineering or other relevant technology/science.
Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial sales, ideally in a technology-driven environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with talent in building trusted relationships with internal and external professionals of all organizational levels.
Customer-focused problem solver with a commercial mindset.
Excellent negotiation & closing capabilities.
Fluent in English & German; additional languages are a plus.
