About the Position
We are seeking a Regional Business Analyst & Analytics Project Manager to join our Mid Europe Region (MER) commercial Digital, Data and Analytics (D&A) team in Prague, Czech Republic. This role will be pivotal in driving data-driven decision making across the end-to-end commercialization process, aligning with regional Oncology and Primary Care & Vaccines priorities, digital & CX priorities, and market needs.
Responsibilities
Project Management
- Lead, drive, and be accountable for the delivery of regional commercial analytics products:
- MER Customer Engagement Score Dashboard
- MER Omni Channel Dashboard
- MER Campaign Tracker Dashboard
- MER Leadership Insights Dashboard
- Act as project manager for business requirements collection, Jira Ticket translation, and market questions/clarifications.
- Ensure backlog tickets are estimated, prioritized, and planned seamlessly.
- Implement robust refinement practices and customer feedback loops.
- Participate in agile ceremonies and communicate release updates.
- Establish and manage relationships with market D&A teams, MER IT, and MER AMS.
- Provide feedback on UI/UX enhancements.
Business Analysis
- Act as business analyst for regional needs, deep dive into data analysis, and develop solutions/options.
- Examples include discrepancies across dashboards and metric calculation discrepancies.
Voice of Business
- Represent the business towards MER IT on data acquisition topics, global-to-region data migration projects, and regional datamarts.
- Keep business informed on project progress, quality standards, data availability timelines, and documentation.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis and project management
- Hands-on experience with database querying (SQL) and Excel
- Strong analytical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Qlik from the consumer perspective
- Experience with Atlassian (Jira & Confluence)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and collaborate seamlessly
- Strong organizational skills and ability to operate in a complex matrix environment
- Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts in simple ways
- Ability to self-learn and develop business and technical knowledge quickly
- Experience with different ways of working and delivery methodologies – Agile, Kanban
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and lead with diverse groups of work colleagues and manage ambiguity
- Understanding of healthcare, technology, and analytics
