About the Position

Regional Commercial Director (EU)

Unlimit is a global fintech ecosystem built to eliminate financial borders holding businesses back. The company provides the extensive infrastructure needed to scale globally, integrating payment processing, multi-currency business accounts, BaaS, and crypto gateways into a single, intelligent platform.

Across 17 offices globally, Unlimit bridges hyper-local expertise with a high-capacity financial network, giving companies the agility to expand across regions with operational confidence and speed. Driving the evolution of payments, Unlimit is transforming its infrastructure from human-operated fintech into AI-native financial infrastructure - where APIs are consumed by machines, integrations are negotiated by agents, and systems evolve continuously through intelligent automation. Our next users are not only humans. They are AI agents acting on behalf of humans and businesses.

Unlimit serves more than the needs of businesses today; we are building the nervous system for a borderless global economy.

Responsibilities

  • Build and develop a high-quality pipeline of enterprise-level opportunities aligned with Unlimit’s core capabilities across acquiring, APMs, and complex payment flows.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise merchants, deeply understanding their business models, payment challenges, and global expansion ambitions - positioning tailored solutions that support performance and growth.
  • Leverage strong payments expertise to engage senior enterprise stakeholders in meaningful discussions around acceptance strategy, local payment methods, cross-border optimization, and operational scalability.
  • Own the full sales cycle for complex, multi-market enterprise deals, from origination through structuring and closing.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Risk, Compliance, and Operations to design enterprise-grade, commercially viable, and scalable merchant solutions.
  • Contribute to Unlimit’s market positioning by acting as a strategic ambassador - building credibility with enterprise merchants and partners.

  • Develop long-term strategic relationships with key enterprise merchants and ecosystem partners to drive sustainable growth.
  • Ensure a strong understanding of Unlimit’s product suite, operating model, and value proposition to effectively position solutions in enterprise-level competitive environments.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of total professional experience in business development, sales, or related commercial roles.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the online payments / fintech industry, with a broad understanding of the payments ecosystem beyond a single product.
  • Proven experience selling pay-ins (card acquiring and APMs) to merchants.
  • Strong understanding of one or more target verticals, including market trends, key players, and the competitive landscape.
  • Solid knowledge of payment products, processes, and typical client pain points, including card acquiring, alternative payment methods, and end-to-end payment flows.
  • Relevant professional network within the payments or fintech ecosystem.
  • Proven ability to independently identify, develop, and close new business opportunities, with a strong focus on new business generation and pipeline development.
  • Experience managing complex B2B deals with long sales cycles (2+ months).
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders on the client side.
  • Strong results-driven mindset, with experience working against clear KPIs aligned with market entry and growth objectives.
  • Experience in PSPs and fast-paced environments is a strong plus.
