About the Position
Regional Manager (m/w/d) - Standort: Süd
Rex Technologies GmbH is seeking a Regional Manager to join our team in München, Germany. In this role, you will lead teams, drive growth, and shape the future of veterinary care.
Responsibilities
- Leadership and Team Management: Oversee the performance and profitability of practices in the Süd region (e.g., München, Stuttgart). Develop and lead practice management teams.
- Process Optimization: Identify growth opportunities, analyze them, and implement new processes and tools. Ensure high-quality standards in all practices.
- New Practice Development: Ensure smooth start-ups for new practices and develop scalable solutions for practice operations.
- Communication and Collaboration: Act as a liaison between the central team and practices, fostering exchange and cooperation.
- Cultural Stewardship: Ensure the Rex culture is lived in your region. Support practice managers in communication and team leadership.
Requirements
- Leadership Experience: At least 3 years of leadership experience, preferably in the healthcare/veterinary sector.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel.
- Coaching: Experience in coaching team leaders on various employee issues.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills in both English and German.
- Travel: Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time.
Nice to Have
- Experience managing multiple locations within a region.
- In-depth understanding of financial statements, commercial aspects of practice operations, and improvement levers.
- Pragmatic approach in challenging situations.
