Regional Marketing Manager (MEA market)

The role is based in Kyiv, Ukraine.
Responsibilities
- Planning, creating, and executing high-performing marketing programs.
- Supporting and aligning with the sales team’s priorities and focus on driving pipeline.
- Understanding and deploying different strategies and plans to reach new prospects and drive opportunities expansion.
- Orchestrating multichannel campaigns, leveraging channels and tactics such as digital, social media, web, virtual and in-person events, external exhibitions, email, and collaboration with 3rd party agencies. Also, supporting and executing account-based strategies and programs.
- Planning, coordinating, and delivering complex marketing initiatives, ensuring effective cross-functional collaboration to achieve business objectives.
- Setting goals and defining metrics for each marketing campaign, including lead generation, conversion rates, and pipeline impact.
- Tracking and analyzing campaign performance, conducting post-campaign evaluations, and providing insights and recommendations to continuously optimize future marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- 3+ years of B2B marketing experience.
- Fluency in written and conversational English.
- Strong campaign orchestration and experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Hands-on experience prioritizing running multiple initiatives, campaigns, and deliverables simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, who can work independently and proactively to resolve issues and take ownership of tools and processes with minimal supervision.
It would be a big plus if you have:
- Marketing experience in SaaS or enterprise software.
- Experience planning and executing marketing initiatives around large-scale industry conferences and external events.
