We are seeking a Regional People & Talent Director - Retail to lead a team of 30+ and drive organizational effectiveness in Singapore.

Responsibilities

As a key member of the executive leadership team, you will:

• Act as a primary advisor to the executive board on human capital matters and organizational design.
• Lead comprehensive talent life-cycle functions including strategic acquisition, leadership development, and total rewards.
• Oversee large-scale transformation initiatives to align workforce capabilities with evolving business models.
• Enhance employee engagement and internal culture across diverse geographical markets.
• Leverage advanced HR technology and data analytics to inform strategic decision-making and measure initiative impact.

Requirements

• 20 years experience in Human Resources; 15 years within a regional leadership role with a track record partnering with senior leadership teams on HR advisory, transformation, and talent management.
• Exceptional ability to influence and partner with C-suite stakeholders to translate business goals into people strategies.
• Extensive experience in fast-paced consumer-facing industries is a must.
• Proven expertise in managing complex organizational changes and scaling workforces globally.
• Strong knowledge of international labor regulations and modern employer branding techniques.
• A passion for driving progressive people agenda, team development, and an advocate for best practices.
