About the Role
Location: Høvik (Oslo) | Hybrid: up to 2 days/week home office | Travel: some required

Maritime – Region North Europe consists of 285 exceptional people across 14 countries and 22 nationalities. We are strengthening our People Support capability and are looking for a Regional People Support Manager.
What you will do:
- Partner with leaders across the region on leadership, people cases, and capability building.
- Work closely with the Regional People Manager to strengthen leader capability and regional consistency.
- Drive change initiatives, leadership development, and improved ways of working.
- Use Power BI, Excel, and digital tools to turn people data into insight.
- Design and facilitate webinars, workshops, and classroom training.
- Lead and coordinate core HR processes, such as performance management, salary, and promotion cycles.
Requirements
- Curious, ambitious, and eager to learn
- Solid HR experience, preferably from an international organization, combined with a flexible mindset.
- Tech-savvy, with a strong interest in AI-enabled HR ways of working.
- Proven experience in change management, leadership development, and facilitation.
- Comfortable working across cultures and countries.
- Fluent in English and Norwegian, both written and spoken.
