Responsibilities

  • Grow and scale our innovative medical portfolio across the regional market, expanding our reach and making a real difference.
  • Evaluate market potential and spot new opportunities, using data-backed insights to build steady, lasting growth.
  • Own the product journey from start to finish, mapping out roll-outs from early pre-launch excitement to long-term post-launch success.
  • Team up with regional partners, medical experts, and commercial teams to design and build comprehensive training plans.
  • Shape the brand approach, keeping a pulse on market trends to stay sharp while maintaining clear, timely communication with everyone involved.
  • Review research data and customer feedback to spot emerging trends, track markets, and find creative ways to enhance and innovate our products.
  • Design and run marketing campaigns, regularly checking results to see what works best and experimenting with new ideas.
  • Unite cross-departmental teams to map out shared goals, priorities, and action plans for our portfolio.
  • Connect with key industry experts across product lines, working in sync with internal clinical, sales, and training teams.
  • Empower local and regional distributor sales teams by organising and running training sessions that build their scientific knowledge and communication skills.
  • Nurture great distributor relationships, keeping communication clear, open, and supportive.
  • Pitch in with exciting new projects and tasks as our team grows and evolves.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.
  • Proven Track Record: At least 10 years of progressive experience in product management within the pharmaceutical sector, specifically holding a regional remit.
  • Launch Excellence: Demonstrated success in designing, leading, and executing highly effective product launch strategies across diverse markets.
  • Regulatory Frameworks: A solid foundational understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory requirements and industry compliance standards.
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong business insight with a deep understanding of market dynamics, evolving customer/patient needs, and broader healthcare industry trends.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Exceptional analytical skills, with a proven ability to distil complex data, research, and insights into clear, actionable commercial strategies.
  • Visionary Planning: High-level strategic thinking paired with the ability to build structured, execution-ready business plans.
  • Stakeholder Influence: Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with a natural ability to engage, align, and influence stakeholders at all levels-from internal executives to external partners.
