Regional Sales Manager North-West RO

We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager for the North-West region of Romania. The RSM will have two main objectives:

• Lead and develop the regional sales team to achieve profitable sales growth across all product categories.
• Develop and execute business plans to increase revenue for the core categories within the assigned region, while operating within the budget and expenditure guidelines defined in the annual plan.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for sales performance within the assigned area and for achieving market share targets by leading the team in promoting the Reckitt name, image, products, and services in customer relationships.
• Conducts market analysis for the assigned area and translates insights into support and guidance for each team member.
• Ensures the fulfillment of commitments to both internal and external stakeholders; takes accountability for the team's commitments; achieves or exceeds the team's financial objectives; works together with the team to deliver results for both customers and Reckitt.
• Contributes to the national sales strategy.
• Develops strong collaborative relationships with distributors by supporting them in resolving issues and disputes with pharmacies (delivery delays, product non-conformities, product replacements, etc.).
• Defines and monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) for each team member.
• Supports and coaches the team in implementing and maintaining recommended planograms in pharmacies, in line with channel-specific and pharmacy-type recommendations.
• Monitors the implementation of materials recommended by the Trade Marketing and Brand teams across all points of sale.
• Oversees marketing activities for all customers in accordance with the recommendations of Brand Managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience in sales at least 5 years, out of which at least 3 in coordination roles, preferably in pharmaceutical field
• Very good understanding of sales and marketing strategies as well as retail market
• Very good communication and presentation skills
• Strong leadership capabilities and ability to influence
• Results and solution oriented, strong stakeholder management
