About the Position
Regional Sales Manager Sinsay
LPP is an international Polish company that has been successfully operating in the fashion and retail sector for over 30 years. Our company manages five recognizable brands: Reserved, Cropp, House, Mohito, and Sinsay. Currently, we have opened over 450 stores in Ukraine.
We have ambitious plans for the future and are actively expanding our capabilities, so we are looking for a professional who is ready to take on the challenge and grow with us.
Responsibilities
- Support and develop stores
- Selection and training of store managers
- Management, motivation, and development of the store managers' team
- Achievement of regional and Ukrainian KPIs
- Work with reporting
- Opening new stores
Requirements
- Management experience in the retail sector for at least 2 years
- Understanding of store operations
- Understanding of KPIs
- English language - from B1 (conversational)
- Willingness to travel
- Driving License Class B (or willingness to obtain as soon as possible)
