Responsibilities

• Regional Responsibility: You will take charge of the branches in your region, significantly contributing to the economic success.
• Employee Development: Through targeted guidance and support of internal staff, you will create an environment where employees can grow and realize their potential.
• Key-Account Management: You will acquire and maintain key clients, building long-term, trusting partnerships.
• Staffing Planning & Recruiting: You will be responsible for staffing planning and recruiting in your region, ensuring the right resources are available at the right time.
• Budget & Controlling: With budget responsibility in your region, you will ensure the efficient use of financial resources, monitor key figures, and regularly analyze performance.

Requirements

• Industry Experience: You are enthusiastic about the staffing industry and bring solid experience from managerial positions, ideally as a regional, area, or branch manager.
• Leadership & Strategy: Managing multiple units strategically, economically, and personnel-wise is part of your nature. You maintain an overview even over distances and specifically promote your teams.
• Network & Relationships: As an experienced networker, you build strong, sustainable relationships and use them purposefully for company growth.
• Market Knowledge: Your comprehensive knowledge of your area and your sense for local market conditions perfectly round off your profile.
