Registered Nurse - Adult Crisis Residential Program

Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse in the Adult Crisis Residential Program, you will:
- Provide individualized, trauma-informed care
- Offer clinical support, therapy groups, medication management, crisis planning, and skill-building
- Stabilize symptoms, strengthen coping skills, and prepare residents for a successful transition back to the community
Requirements
- Currently Licensed in the State of Michigan

The Munson Adult Crisis Residential Program is a short-term, 24/7 residential treatment program for adults experiencing a behavioral health crisis, offering a safe, home-like alternative to inpatient psychiatric hospitalization. Residents receive individualized, trauma-informed care-including clinical support, therapy groups, medication management, crisis planning, and skill-building-to stabilize symptoms, strengthen coping skills, and prepare for a successful transition back to the community.

Additional Information
Munson Healthcare requires all employees be vaccinated or have lab confirmed immunity for Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Varicella. MHC also requires all employees to receive a flu vaccine during the flu season in the year that they are hired and annually thereafter, or receive an approved medical or religious exemption.
