Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse House Operations Administrator Per Diem in Skokie, IL. This role offers competitive pay and benefits, and is a key position within our healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the highest-level clinical and operational leader on duty during assigned shifts.
• Provide hospital-wide oversight of clinical operations, patient flow, staffing, safety, and emergency response.
• Exercise independent judgment, interpret and enforce policies, provide direction to team members, and make real-time decisions to ensure continuity of safe, high-quality patient care.
• Function as the central decision-maker for real-time operations, support frontline staff, and coordinate interdepartmental activity.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Certification: Current, unrestricted RN license in the State of Illinois; Current CPR Certification (issued by American Heart Association); Current ACLS Certification (or obtained within 90 days of hire).
• Experience: Minimum of three years of progressive nursing experience, with at least two years in a formal or informal leadership role (e.g., Charge Nurse, Team Lead, Supervisor). Experience in a critical care or high-acuity setting is highly preferred.
