Registered Nurse - MS/Tele

About the Position

We are seeking a Registered Nurse with MS/Tele experience for a 18-week contract in Cleveland, OH. Full-time position with night shift availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for patients in the MS/Tele unit.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and document patient vital signs and conditions.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.

Requirements

• MS/Tele experience: Must have 12 months of permanent MS/Tele experience.
• Perm Ohio license: Must have a permanent Ohio nursing license or a compact state license.
• AHA or American Red Cross BLS & ACLS: Required certifications.
• NIHSS: Must be willing to obtain prior to start.
• ECG rhythm recognition: Must complete during orientation with an acceptable score.
• safe Medicate: Must complete during orientation with an acceptable score.
