Regular RPA Developer (Blue Prism)

About the Position

Our customer is a top-tier investment bank with client assets of hundreds of billion globally. We are looking for enthusiast engineers to join our agile team of RPA developers for several internal projects in the Bank.

Responsibilities

• Develop new RPA flows/components and complementary tools
• Debug and fix/improve existing RPA processes
• Take over, improve, and maintain processes automated by external development teams
• Facilitate GUI to APIs migration initiatives
• Maintain the code base according to the coding rules in place

Requirements

• Must have:
  • Experience with Blue Prism (at least 2 years)
  • Power Platform (Power Automate Desktop) knowledge would be a plus -.NET / C# knowledge would be a plus
  • Experience in facilitating the design, setup, and configuration of RPA solutions
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Understanding of Digital Transformation disruptive technologies (e.g.: Machine Learning, Process Automation, Cloud, etc.) and their application to functional areas (e.g., Finance, HR, etc.)
  • Prior experience in an Agile environment or an environment transitioning to Agile
• Other: Mandatory 2 days/week onsite on client's premises / bvd Dimitrie Pompeiu
