About the Position

We are seeking a Regular Software Tester - Manual with expertise in automotive validation and testing to join our team in Remote India.

Project Description

Designing View for Parking app using OpenGL technology for Japanese car OEM.

Review requirements and author detailed, structured test cases
Participate in requirements or test cases reviews in cross-functional meetings or individually
Execute assigned test cases efficiently
Report test status and results regularly
Ensure compliance with SWE6 of the ASPICE process
Automate test cases where applicable to improve efficiency and coverage
Work with test benches including power supplies, Vector CANoe, ECUs, and perform hardware harness modifications
Create and maintain the Software Test Plan throughout the project lifecycle
Manage defects using ticketing systems (tracking, prioritization, follow-up, closure)

Must have

Hands-on experience with Vector CANoe for automotive validation and testing
Experience with automotive communication protocols including CAN, CAN FD, LIN, and Automotive Ethernet, along with UDS diagnostics, DTC analysis, and ECU flashing
Experience with requirement management tools such as IBM DOORS or Codebeamer
Strong understanding of ASPICE processes (SWE.4, SWE.5, SWE.6)
Experience in end-to-end manual testing and validation lifecycle including test execution, smoke, regression, and re-testing
Experience in IVI (In-Vehicle Infotainment) system testing
Experience in Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing environments
Experience with QNX or Linux-based embedded automotive systems
