About the Position
We are seeking a Regulatory Compliance VP with 10+ years of experience in the financial services sector to join our team in Singapore.

Our client is a Bank looking to hire a Regulatory Compliance specialist at the VP level.
Responsibilities
- Interpret local regulatory requirements and provide actionable advice to internal stakeholders on business activities and new product launches.
- Monitor changes in the legislative landscape and update internal governance policies to align with prevailing regulatory standards.
- Conduct regular compliance reviews and self-assessment exercises to identify potential operational risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional business units to deliver regulatory risk training and promote compliance awareness.
- Assist in managing communication and reporting requirements with local regulatory authorities and external auditors.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in law, finance, accountancy, or a related field of study.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a regulatory compliance or advisory function within the financial services sector.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills to explain complex regulatory requirements to diverse business teams.
- A proactive professional with a high level of integrity and the ability to work collaboratively across the organization.
