About the Position
We are seeking a Reiseberater (m/w/d) im Quereinstieg to join our travel team in Chemnitz, providing exceptional customer service and travel advice.
Responsibilities
- Provide information to customers about travel offers, entry regulations, rebooking requests, and hotel descriptions.
- Assist customers with any questions or changes to their trips via phone or email.
- Handle complaints with a personal touch and work towards a quick, customer-friendly solution.
- Maintain contact with travel organizers and update customer information.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service (e.g., hospitality, retail, or call center).
- Passion for travel and vacation topics.
- Open and friendly demeanor.
- Proficiency with common PC applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Fluent German language skills (at least C1 level).
- Willingness to work in a shift system (3 shifts between 7:30 AM and 11:00 PM, 5-day week).
- Availability for weekend and holiday shifts, with the option for mobile work.
