About the Position
We are seeking a Reiseberater (m/w/d) im Quereinstieg to join our team in Leipzig, providing travel advice and support to customers. Whether it's the turquoise sea on the Greek coast, the white winter magic in Scandinavia, or sightseeing in Paris, our travel comparison service gives our customers an overview, inspiration, and great vacation ideas for their next dream trip, enabling easy and quick booking.

Responsibilities
- Provide information to our customers about travel offers, entry regulations, rebooking requests, and hotel descriptions
- Assist our customers with any open questions and change requests regarding their trips via phone or email
- Always have an open ear for complaints and take care of a quick, customer-friendly solution with a lot of personal leeway
- Maintain contact with tour operators for our customers and manage changes in the customer database
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service (e.g., gastronomy, hospitality, retail, or call center)
- Enthusiasm for topics related to vacation and travel
- Open and friendly demeanor
- Proficiency with common PC applications (e.g., Microsoft Office)
- Fluent German language skills in speech and writing (at least C1 level)
- Willingness to work in a shift system (3 shifts between 7:30 AM and 11:00 PM, 5-day week)
- No problem with weekend and public holiday shifts, with the option for mobile work
