About the Position
"OSOBA" - a consulting company that provides services in the field of personnel selection and evaluation, is looking for a Recruiter to join their team.
Our clients include major Ukrainian and international companies such as: "DTEK", "Ardagh Metal Packaging Ukraine", "GigaCloud", "TIS", "Obozzrevatel", "CROCS", and others.
Responsibilities

Managing the full recruitment cycle;

Searching and evaluating candidates using various methods (middle specialists, top management);

Communicating with clients during project execution;

Participating in projects to assess the staff of client companies (Assessment Center).
Requirements

Successful recruitment experience (from 2 years);

Experience in closing diverse vacancies (IT, marketing, industry, sales, etc.);

Experience with MS Office, Outlook, Google tools;

English (Intermediate level or higher);
-
Results orientation, proactivity, developed communication skills, love for people :)
