About the Position

"OSOBA" - a consulting company specializing in recruitment and personnel assessment, is looking for a Recruiter to join our team.

Our clients include major Ukrainian and international companies such as: "DTEK", "Ardagh Metal Packaging Ukraine", "GigaCloud", "TIS", "Obozzrevatel", "CROCS" and others.

Responsibilities

• Conducting the full recruitment cycle;

• Searching and evaluating candidates using various methods (middle specialists, top management);

• Communicating with clients during project execution;

• Participating in projects to assess the personnel of client companies (Assessment Center).

Requirements

• Successful recruitment experience (from 2 years);

• Experience in closing diverse vacancies (IT, marketing, industry, sales, etc.);

• Experience with MS Office, Outlook, Google tools;

• English (Intermediate level and above);

• Result-oriented, proactive, developed communication skills, love for people :)

Terms

• Decent pay (rate + % of closed vacancies);

• Convenient office location (Demiivska metro station);

• Schedule: Mon-Fri, 10:00 - 19:00;
