About the Position

Lobo HR, a leading recruitment agency (nr 7502), is seeking an Internal Recruiter for SSC/BPO to join our international client's team in Kraków. We specialize in providing our clients with the best talent by utilizing modern recruitment techniques supported by innovative IT technologies.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and engaging candidates using the best recruitment and sourcing techniques
• Selecting and choosing the best candidates that match the profile
• Creating and publishing recruitment advertisements
• Ensuring the highest level of Candidate Experience throughout the recruitment process

Requirements

• Higher education (preferably in Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields)
• English language proficiency at least at B2 level
• Experience in a similar role
• Experience in working with employment agencies is a plus
• Good time management and ability to work independently
• Creativity
• Ability to work in a team
