About the Position

We are seeking a Recruiter for mass recruitment for our partner, who specializes in personnel selection and outsourcing/merchandising services across Ukraine for local and international clients. We are looking for both experienced professionals and junior specialists who are focused on training and development in this field.

Responsibilities

• Search and select candidates for client projects: placing ads on social networks/job sites, processing resumes, etc.
• Conducting telephone interviews with candidates (in the office if necessary).
• Collecting data about the future employee necessary for the contract.
• Maintaining candidate information in the ATS.
• Communicating with candidates on projects (as needed).

Requirements

• Higher education in management, human resources, etc. is desirable but not mandatory.
• Work experience of at least 6 months (we consider candidates from various fields: administrators, call center operators, sales consultants, sales managers, etc.).
• Experience in mass recruitment or completed recruitment courses is a plus.
• Must have: ability to process a large volume of information and make multiple calls per day.
