About the Position
We are seeking a Release Management Analyst with 3-5 years of experience in project coordination, release coordination, SDLC governance, or change management activities to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. You will be working in a newly set-up technology center as part of Technology and Operations to deliver innovative financial technology solutions that enable business growth and technology transformation.
Responsibilities

Change Request (CR) Tracking & Coordination
- Monitor and track progress of Change Requests (CRs) throughout the SDLC lifecycle.
- Ensure CRs are delivered within agreed timelines from execution until UAT sign-off.
- Coordinate with development and delivery teams to resolve issues and challenges related to CR implementation.

SDLC & Project Governance
- Support project governance activities across SDLC phases.
- Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, and delivery status.
- Ensure project documentation and status reporting are properly maintained.

PMO & Reporting Support
- Support PMO activities including project tracking, status reporting, implementation coordination, and stakeholder communication.
- Prepare dashboards, reports, presentations, and project updates.

Implementation & Release Coordination
- Consolidate implementation checklists prior to go-live activities.
- Review implementation readiness with delivery teams before presenting to CR management teams.
- Support release coordination and deployment governance activities.

Tools & Documentation Management
- Work with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Confluence, and PPM tools.
- Maintain project records, trackers, and implementation documentation.
Requirements

Must have
- 3-5 years of experience in project coordination, release coordination, SDLC governance, or change management activities.
- Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with participation in at least 2 end-to-end SDLC cycles.
- Experience in monitoring and tracking Change Requests (CRs) from execution until UAT sign-off.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder communication skills.
- Strong experience using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Confluence, and PPM tools.
- Experience in implementation tracking, checklist management, and release coordination.
- Strong organizational, reporting, and multitasking skills.
