About the Position
Join TMC as a Release Train Engineer (RTE) in Luxemburg, leading agile transformations and coordinating teams.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate agile teams
- Guide SAFe ceremonies
- Track objectives and performance indicators
- Identify and resolve obstacles
- Align business needs with technical teams
- Coach key players
- Manage inter-team dependencies
- Promote agile governance and continuous process improvement
Requirements
- Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als RTE of Scrum Master op programmaniveau.
- SAFe SPC-certificering of gelijkwaardige SAFe-certificering (versie 5 of 6).
- Beheersing van het SAFe-framework: PI Planning, ART Sync en Inspect & Adapt.
- Aangetoonde ervaring in agile transformatie in een complexe, multisite en multi-team omgeving.
- Sterke vaardigheden in faciliteren, communicatie en coaching van agile teams.
- Vermogen om conflicten, risico's, obstakels en interteam afhankelijkheden te beheersen.
- Beheersing van agile managementtools, waaronder Jira en Confluence.
- Kennis van ITSM/ITIL-methodologieën wordt gewaardeerd.
- Ervaring in de levensverzekeringssector in Luxemburg is een pluspunt.
- Professionele beheersing van het Frans en Engels.
