Responsibilities

• Engage the model with religious or historical scenarios, analytical and interpretive questions, and cultural context tasks
• Evaluate accuracy and neutrality
• Verify logical consistency
• Capture reproducible error traces
• Provide structured feedback to improve prompts, evaluation frameworks, and reasoning quality
• Help identify where models oversimplify beliefs, misinterpret texts, or present inaccurate historical or cultural information

Requirements

• Familiarity in areas such as world religions, theology, religious history, philosophy of religion, comparative religion, sacred texts, and cultural or anthropological perspectives on belief systems
• A degree in religious studies, theology, history, anthropology, or a related humanities field is preferred but not required
• Entry-level candidates with coursework, independent study, teaching experience, or a strong personal or academic interest in religion and cultural studies are encouraged to apply
• Clear, metacognitive communication-explicitly articulating reasoning and interpretive steps (“showing your work”) is essential

• Pay range of $6 to $65 per hour, with the exact rate determined after evaluating your experience, expertise, and geographic location
