We are looking for a Remote Full-Stack Engineer (Mid-level, Python/NodeJS, AWS) to join our team and develop an AI-powered retail and grocery intelligence platform. This platform is designed to deliver personalized shopping, meal planning, and customer engagement experiences.

Project Description

Our platform leverages Generative AI, AI Agents, and cloud-native technologies to help retailers provide smart recommendations, conversational assistance, loyalty-driven experiences, and real-time personalized interactions for consumers.

Project Stack and Team

• Frontend: React.js, Next.js, TypeScript
• Backend: Python, Node.js
• AI/LLM: AWS Bedrock, OpenAI APIs, AI Agents, LangChain/CrewAI
• Cloud & DevOps: AWS Lambda, ECS, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, Docker, Kubernetes
• CI/CD & Tools: GitHub Actions, Terraform, Jira, SonarQube
• Architecture: Microservices, REST APIs, Event-driven architecture

Main Requirements

• Strong experience in backend development using Python and/or Node.js, including API development, microservices, and scalable application architecture.
• Experience with frontend frameworks such as React, Next.js, or Angular in any JavaScript flavors.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services, especially AWS Bedrock, including building and integrating Generative AI solutions and AI-powered workflows.
• Experience developing AI Agents and agentic workflows, including LLM integrations, orchestration frameworks, prompt engineering, and automation capabilities.

Nice to Have

• Understanding of LLM evaluation, prompt optimization, and AI security best practices.

Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Python and/or Node.js to support AI-driven retail and shopping experiences.
• Build and integrate AI Agents, conversational workflows, and Generative AI solutions using AWS Bedrock and LLM orchestration frameworks.
• Develop cloud-native applications and microservices on AWS, ensuring scalability, security, performance, and seamless integration with retail/eCommerce systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver personalized customer experiences, optimize AI workflows, and enhance platform capabilities through continuous improvement.
