Remote Personal Assistant at Yes Communities
Yes Communities is one of the nation’s largest owners of manufactured home communities, and we’re growing our remote support team! If you’re organized, reliable, and love helping people behind the scenes, this role is for you.
Position: Personal Assistant – Remote
Type: Full-time or Part-time
Location: 100% Remote
Schedule: Flexible hours available
Responsibilities
- Calendar & Scheduling: Manage appointments, meetings, and follow-ups for managers and team members
- Communication: Respond to emails, phone calls, and messages professionally and on time
- Admin Support: Prepare reports, organize files, update spreadsheets, and handle light data entry
- Coordination: Connect with onsite community teams, vendors, and residents to keep things moving
- Documentation: Take meeting notes, track action items, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks
- Comfortable with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and quick to learn new tools
- Self-motivated and can work independently from home
- Professional, respectful, and a team player
- No experience required – we provide full training. Students, stay-at-home parents, and retirees welcome!
