We are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Software Engineer to join our team.
Project Stack and Team
Our client is looking for a Senior Software Engineer who thrives on solving complex technical challenges and improving product stability, performance, and scalability. In a SaaS environment, you’ll work across our upstream and midstream product lines to ensure it’s running efficiently and reliably for our customers. Regarding the nature of the AI development project, it’s incorporating AI into the product to make it smarter for end users. The goal is better features and outcomes, not changing how we write the code.

Main Requirements
- 3-7 years of strong experience as a software engineer in a SaaS or cloud
- AI development experience
- Experience working on enterprise web application development
- Experience with Ruby and/or Golang
- Experience with relational databases, such as SQL Server
- Experience with JavaScript Libraries
- Proficiency with developing SaaS based applications on Azure
- Proficiency with agile methods, git, or continuous integration
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering
- Strong computer science foundation in algorithms
Good to Have

Job Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve production issues impacting uptime, stability, or performance.
- Profile and optimize code, database queries, and API interactions to improve response times and scalability.
- Collaborate with Product and QA teams to enhance reliability and maintainability of core systems.
- Develop clean, efficient, and well-documented code using modern software development practices.
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and performance tuning initiatives.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts across the full SDLC - from incident prevention to automated testing and deployment.
