Responsibilities
- You are the first point of contact for our customers – friendly, professional, and passionate about sales and service.
- You confidently upsell vehicle upgrades, protection packages, and additional services, turning every customer interaction into a special experience.
- You prepare rental agreements and handle customer inquiries, organized, service-oriented, and always with a smile.
- You meet and exceed sales goals and maintain expert knowledge of the full SIXT fleet and all products.
Requirements
- Proven upselling and closing skills with experience in direct customer contact, ideally in retail sales, service, tourism, or hospitality.
- Communicative and articulate in English.
- Flexible, team-oriented, and bring full energy to shift work, including weekends and holidays – whether full-time or part-time.
- Valid US driver's license with a clean driving record.
