As part of the Business Analysis team, you will gain hands-on experience in transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive both operational and strategic decisions across the company. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, contributing to performance reporting, market analysis, and the continuous optimization of business processes.
Responsibilities
- Developing, maintaining, and enhancing performance reporting and engaging structured analyses to support operational and strategic initiatives through actionable insights.
- Processing and analyzing datasets from various sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness, to extract meaningful insights meeting the requirements of the business teams.
- Performing requirements gathering and outcome definition prior to research initiation.
- Documenting and communicating the results of conducted data analysis aiming to support internal business decision making.
- Applying advanced presentation and data visualization techniques in order to summarize data findings.
- Working closely with the Head of the Business Analysis in defining key business performance indicators and creating processes for regular progress tracking.
- Proposing market strategy optimization suggestions based on conducted research and collected data.
- Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
- Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field such as Management, International Business, Information Technology.
- Around 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving and storytelling through data.
- Experience managing complex datasets.
- Advanced Excel skills and hands-on experience with financial modelling and data analysis.
- Ability to communicate analytical findings clearly and effectively.
- Independent with excellent time management skills.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau will be considered an advantage.
