About the Position

Reporting Programmer (Clinical Data)

We are seeking a Reporting Programmer with 2-5 years of experience in clinical reporting to join our team in Morocco, focusing on clinical data management and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering & Business Analysis

  • Collaborate with Study Management, Clinical Data Management, and other stakeholders to identify reporting needs.
  • Collect, analyze, and document requests for new reports, dashboards, enhancements, and modifications.
  • Understand the business objectives and intended use of each reporting request.
  • Identify target users and define the decision-making processes supported by reports.
  • Assess existing reporting solutions before initiating new developments.
  • Define report scope, timelines, study population, data sources, refresh frequency, and delivery methods.

• Stakeholder Management & Coordination

  • Facilitate requirement-gathering workshops and meetings with business stakeholders.
  • Act as the interface between business teams and technical experts.
  • Ensure proper communication and alignment between stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain end-to-end traceability of reporting requests from submission through implementation.

• Reporting Development & Documentation

  • Produce detailed report specifications and functional requirements.
  • Support the implementation and enhancement of reports and dashboards.
  • Maintain reporting documentation and ensure consistency across deliverables.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting minutes and follow-up action plans.
  • Ensure delivered reports meet business expectations and quality standards.

Requirements

• Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Management, or a related field.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in clinical reporting, clinical data management, or a related environment.

• Technical Skills

  • Experience in clinical trial reporting environments.
  • Knowledge of clinical research processes and clinical trial data management.
  • Understanding of Computerized System Validation (CSV) principles.
  • Experience in business requirements gathering and documentation.
  • Ability to understand complex system architectures and data flows.
  • Previous experience with Oracle solutions is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of reporting and dashboarding tools is an advantage.
