Representative I Account Services

About the Position

Join PUMA as a Representative I Account Services in Somerville, USA. Manage account orderbooks, liaise with teams, and meet sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage orderbook of assigned accounts including Sales orders and Bulk orders
• Serve as a main point of contact and liaison between the account, internal operations team, and Sales
• Manage the full order life cycle including internal coordination with Sales, Sales Planning, Demand Planning, Procurement, Compliance, Credit, Allocations, and Warehousing
• Troubleshoot, communicate, and resolve orderbook issues with Accounts
• Analyze orderbook and develop/execute a plan to meet customer’s requirements and Sales goals
• Collaborate with the Credit and Return teams to assist customer’s needs and manage chargeback disputes
• Responsible for presenting monthly KPIs to Account Success management and manage daily EDI uploads
• Meet and represent department with Sales and Accounts, including business travel

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred
• 2+ years of related experience, preferably in retail or athletic footwear/apparel industry
• Ability to work and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Intermediate Excel knowledge required
• Ability to utilize successful time management and prioritization skills
• Domestic travel may be required
