About the Position

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager with 3+ years experience in digital marketing to join our international team, managing marketing budgets and strategies.

Responsibilities

• Analysis of marketing communications of the market, product, and competitors in digital channels;
• Management of the digital marketing budget, resource allocation, and cost efficiency control;
• Management and development of current Digital channels and search for new ones;
• Setting tasks and KPIs for agencies, monitoring the results of completed tasks (SEO, PPC, SMM);
• Working with the customer base, launching loyalty mechanics, using trigger chains and mailings based on the existing CDP;
• Interaction with CPA networks/platforms;
• Creating tasks for the improvement of the site according to your needs;
• Planning and control of the placement of shares on the official websites of the company (breezy.xx);
• Communication with contractors; control over the document circulation of your expenses;
• Performance monitoring (Power BI+GA4).

Requirements

• Similar position and over 3+ years of experience in digital marketing (Retail/E-commerce);
• Successful experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies with measurable results;
• Confident knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, CPA networks (Retention marketing tools);
• Deep understanding of SEO and technical aspects of the site;
• Practical experience with contextual advertising (PPC);
• Experience working with CRM marketing channels (e-mail newsletters, messengers, web push, etc.);
• Budget evaluation and management skills, planning, and forecasting.
