About the Position

Join Luxoft as a Research & Development Engineer in Hyderabad, India. Develop and optimize SystemC/TLM2.0 models for memory controllers and interconnects.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain SystemC/TLM2 models for memory controllers, peripherals, and interconnects to accurately represent hardware behavior and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to integrate SystemC models into system-level design and simulation environments.
• Analyze and optimize model performance by identifying bottlenecks and ensuring compliance with design specifications.
• Develop and execute testbenches to validate model functionality, perform debugging, and support system-level verification activities.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including model architecture, design specifications, and user guidelines.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of System C development experience and 6+ overall experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in SystemC and TLM2.0 modeling.
• Experience in modeling memory controllers, peripherals, and interconnects for SoC/virtual platform development.
• Solid understanding of SoC architecture, computer architecture, and system-level simulation concepts.
• Experience in model validation, debugging, performance optimization, and testbench development.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to create clear technical documentation.
