About the Position
Research Executive
We are seeking a dedicated Research Executive to join our Career Site Team: Customer Success. The ideal candidate will manage client communications, develop research proposals, and analyze data for market research projects.
Responsibilities
- Managing the Client: Individually communicate with the client and manage their queries comprehensively. Experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously is essential.
- Writing Proposals: Develop research proposals according to client briefs by understanding their marketing or business problems.
- Report Making: Prepare detailed reports with recommendations based on a deep understanding of report preparation.
- Advanced Analysis: Be knowledgeable about regression, correlation, CBC, etc., and how to apply data analysis in different scenarios.
- Research: Understand different types of research, including BHT studies, U&A studies, and segmentation studies.
- Analysis: Develop analysis plans and frameworks based on proposals and objectives. Manage day-to-day administration of client service and coordinate the analysis and reporting of assigned research projects.
- Project Management: Develop questionnaires and other research materials as needed. Participate in the planning and execution of research projects. Manage projects from start to finish, including planning, data collection, analysis, and report writing. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Requirements
- At least 6 months-1 year of experience in market research.
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Management, Marketing, Business, or related fields.
- Experience in Primary Quantitative Market Research with practical knowledge of research methodologies in consumer research measurement.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in working with large datasets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
