About the Position
Is your superpower finding patterns in chaos? As our future Research Manager, you will dive deep into analytics, test bold hypotheses, and help us make decisions based on facts rather than assumptions. We are looking for a researcher by calling, who will know our client better than they know themselves.
Who We Are Looking For
- Higher education;
- At least 3 years of analytical work experience;
- Knowledge of quantitative research methodologies;
- Knowledge of MS Excel at the level of using formulas and pivot tables;
- Proficiency in specialized data analysis software packages (SPSS, R, etc.);
- Ability to write analytical reports and presentations;
- Experience in preparing and delivering presentations for clients;
- An advantage will be proficiency in special analyses: cluster, regression, Conjoint, TURF, Correspondence.
Responsibilities
- Questionnaire development and testing;
- Analysis of datasets;
- Writing analytical reports and presentations;
- Presenting the obtained results to clients;
- Distribution of projects/tasks within the team;
- Monitoring project execution by the team;
- Mentoring and training the team.
