About the Position

We are looking for a Research Operations Associate to support a UX Research team by managing end-to-end participant recruitment for research studies, with a strong focus on B2B employer participants across sourcing, screening, scheduling, NDAs, and incentive payments. You will lead the migration of the UX research repository to Dovetail, serve as liaison between two research operations teams, coordinate with Legal and Policy on participant compliance, and identify continuous improvements to research operations processes. The role requires 1–2 years of experience supporting UX teams or coordinating research participants with strong Agile and project management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end participant recruitment process for UX research studies, with a strong focus on B2B (employer) participants, including sourcing, screening, NDAs, scheduling, and incentive payments.
  • Communicate proactively with researchers on recruitment challenges and recommend alternative recruiting approaches when needed.
  • Lead the migration of the UX research repository from Google to Dovetail and support repository organization and thematic analysis.
  • Serve as the liaison between the Indeed Research Operations and Glassdoor UX Research teams.
  • Identify and improve Research Operations processes using design thinking and continuous improvement practices.
  • Create recruitment resources and best practices for researchers.
  • Support the UX research lifecycle by partnering closely with researchers and understanding study requirements.
  • Coordinate with Legal and Policy teams to ensure participant compliance and approvals.
  • Manage UX research vendors, procurement activities, and support research budget tracking.
  • Onboard new UX researchers and promote consistent Research Operations practices and UX culture.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years supporting UX teams, cross-functional programs, or coordinating research participants/panels.
  • Experience coordinating, scheduling, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Understanding of or interest in UX Research and Design Thinking.
  • Experience recruiting participants, preferably for UX research.
  • Calendar management and scheduling tools. Online collaboration tools.
  • Experience with survey tools (e.g., Qualtrics or equivalent).
  • Strong Agile/Jira experience.
  • Upper-intermediate English level.

Nice to Have

  • Research Operations experience.
  • Experience recruiting B2B/employer participants.
  • Experience with Dovetail, including repository management or migration.
  • Experience supporting UX research repositories and thematic analysis.
  • Vendor management and procurement experience.
