Data and Business Intelligence Researcher (Client Relationships & Service)

About the Position

Exness is seeking a Data and Business Intelligence Researcher to analyze data and generate insights for the Client Relationships & Service Division. Your role will involve collecting, processing, and analyzing data to support data-driven decision-making, identifying trends, uncovering patterns, and creating visualizations or reports to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and improve metrics representing the product’s performance and operations efficiency
• Collect data from multiple sources, ensuring its accuracy and completeness
• Clean, organize, and transform raw data into usable formats for analysis
• Search for inefficiencies and suggest solutions
• Assess solutions through backtesting, A/B testing, and modeling
• Collaborate with Data Engineers to improve the data landscape

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in data science
• Comprehensive understanding of mathematical statistics and probability theory
• Proficiency in SQL and Python (pandas, visualization, and ML packages)
• Expertise in machine learning and math modeling
• Strong proficiency in causal inference methods and a proven track record of A/B test design and result interpretation

Nice to Have

• Experience with Spark
• Experience with Metabase and Grafana
• Experience working in Agile environments or collaborating with development teams
