About the Position
We are seeking a Resident Project Representative - Water for our Arkansas location. Join Black & Veatch Construction and contribute to ensuring safety, quality, and client satisfaction in water projects.
Responsibilities
- Participate in Pre-Construction Conference
- Prepare project communications plan
- Set guidelines for meetings and written communications
- Organize and conduct regular job progress status meetings
- Monitor job construction progress
- Monitor safety conditions and report issues
- Promote communications between the construction team and designer team
- Take and file daily photos of construction activity and progress
- Review status of Building Permits
- Review and certify GC Pay Applications
- Review and certify Change Orders (COs) and Potential Change Orders (PCOs)
- Assist in processing and expediting Requests for Information (RFIs)
Requirements
- Minimum Qualifications:
- 3+ years as Superintendent with degree, or 5+ years without
- Preferred Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or geographical equivalent qualification
- Engineering, Quality, Business, or Construction Management degree or craft apprenticeship
